The Service Team

All services are provided from our Leeds office under the overall stewardship of Trevor Best, with the main relationship managed by an account manager.

We have two senior operational members, two actuaries, five account managers and ten support staff who service both the administration and actuarial sides.

As a business our roots date back to 1993 and three of the core team have been together since then with the average time spent with us is in excess of nine years. This has enabled us to develop our service offering over many years and allowed us to fine tune it to cope with changing client and market demands.

For the traditional service to occupational pension schemes each client is allocated an account manager and named administration support person. Both these draw upon the additional support within the office and come under the direction of one of the senior operational members. In doing so we ensure the agreed level of client service is maintained and audited accordingly
