Administration

Administration is the "shop window" of an occupational pension arrangement and members often judge the quality of their scheme based on the quality of the administration service.

Our services are supported by the use of pensions administration software, a leading pensions software provider.  Our services support a wide range of benefit designs and client requirements.
The main services provided are:

  • Maintenance of detailed individual member records, including regular updates as required
  • Provision of annual benefit statements to members and an annual renewal schedule for the trustees
  • Calculation, processing and, where applicable, payment of benefits for members leaving service, retiring or who have died
  • Dealing directly with members and their advisers in response to specific queries
  • Calculation and monitoring of the contributions due as per the agreed Schedule of Contributions
  • Preparation of data for the scheme actuary
  • Liaison with the Pensions Regulator, Inland Revenue and other regulatory bodies as appropriate
  • Pensioner payroll, including the provision of payslips, accounting to the Inland Revenue, deducting tax under PAYE and implementation of pension increases
